- Nationality
- Contact details (phone and email)

- School/College
- Parent/Guardian Contact Details
- Medical Information
This data is used for communication, health and safety, programme planning, and reporting to funders and agencies.
Data Sharing and Retention
Data may be shared with relevant agencies such as:
- City of Dublin Youth Service Board
- Irish Youth Justice Service
- Department of Children and Youth Affairs
- Tusla
- Partner organisations (collaborative programmes)
- Leargas (Youth Exchanges)
- Funding bodies
We retain participant information for seven years after the participant’s 18th birthday or their last engagement, whichever is later.
