Ready to go for the kids Christmas party 2025

We wrapped up the year in the best possible way yesterday, with a fantastic Christmas party for the children and young people of Just ASK. It was a day filled with laughter, energy and a real sense of community — a reminder of why this work matters so much.

The kids had an amazing time, enjoying great food, fun activities and the simple joy of being together to celebrate the end of another busy year. For many of them, occasions like this are about far more than a party. They’re about belonging, feeling supported and knowing that there is a wider community cheering them on.

Events like this don’t happen without the generosity and support of others, and we are deeply grateful to the organisations who helped make the day so special. A huge thank you to The Blink Group (tbg.ie), Dublin City Council – North Inner City, Penneys Dublin, Maples Group, James Lawler Butchers, Rathmines, Vhi Healthcare, and The Church Café Bar & Restaurant, all of whom played a role in creating such a memorable day for our young people.

We also want to acknowledge the incredible commitment of our staff, volunteers and families. Their time, care and enthusiasm are at the heart of everything Just ASK does, and days like this are a reflection of that collective effort.

As we head into the Christmas season, we’re proud of what has been achieved over the past year and excited about what lies ahead. Most of all, we’re thankful for a community that continues to show up for the children and young people we support.
